72SOLD Co-Founder and East Valley Team Leader, Chris is not only one of the original founders of the 72SOLD program but he has also been recognized as a Top 1% Elite Agent in Arizona and in the Top 25 Most Productive Agents in Arizona out of over 45,000, according to the Phoenix Business Journal. A broker of over 19 years experience and a lifetime resident of the East Valley, Chris brings decades of knowledge to the table. He founded his own national remodeling company, sold investment property for over a decade, served a two-year mission in Panama where he became fluent in Spanish, and somehow still made time to run a local Boy Scout Troop that was recognized by the community for turning out 14 Eagle Scouts in a single year! He is a lifetime resident of the East valley and resides in Mesa with his wife, Jennifer of 28 years and six children.

When she met with Chris Allen, she was instantly hooked by the 72SOLD philosophy and process and is now a proud member of the Allen Team. She is grateful for the opportunity to help families meet and exceed their real estate goals and dreams. Raised in the California sun with six brothers, Cherry has always loved the outdoors and currently resides in Gilbert with her husband and six children. She also coaches fitness classes at several local gyms and works a few days a month as a substitute teacher at her children’s schools. Cherry is also very active in her church and volunteers in the youth organization. She is excited to combine her passions of interior decorating, home improvement, marketing, and love of people as she serves her real estate clients with the trust, integrity and professionalism she is known for.
